Baron New Heliopolis

 El Massa for for investment and real estate development’s first project in the city of New Heliopolis  

The project features a classical architectural style in order to achieve the project's logo “Return to the good old days”

The choice of Baron name was because it represents a unique architectural style of the suburb of Heliopolis as Valparon Empain, Louis Joseph, the Belgian businessman who put the first step to the idea of ​​a new urban community to the deserts of Egypt and called it Heliopolis (The Sun City). Baron Empain bought six thousand acres of desert sands, the same area for New Heliopolis city and began to build a European style city with a mixed Muslim and Andalusy nature to achieve the true nature of the transition from the sands of the desert to urbanism and development and here we are now aiming to put this experience as our ideal and role model in creating Baron New Heliopolis Project.

The project consists of four stages. The first two phases had been all sold out in 2013 & 2014 representing 220 housing units of the total units offered 250 units (representing a percentage of 88% of the offered units) in districts one and two. Phase 3 has started to be marketed starting from 2015.
