El Massa Company for Real Estate Development and Investment has been working in the field of real estate investment over more than 15 years now. Its main role is lands’ acquisition, construction and sales of the company’s own residential units. The Company had contributed by an active role in developing many of the new urban areas, such as New Cairo, EL Sherouk City, Rehab City (Rehab Hills), and finally New Heliopolis City.
And because our company’s slogan is (We have your dream… Helmak andena), we always seek to fulfill the dreams of our customers by providing various designs and spaces to suit all preferences and needs. This is beside, offering wide variety of payment systems in order to fit all the income levels as well as providing facilities that reach installments up to 100 months without interest.
Based on the company’s many successive successes and the precious customers’ confidence the company gained throughout the years, El Massa CO. expanded its operations to have an effective contribution in the development of New Heliopolis City. This is through opening its first project in the city “Baron New Heliopolis” with its classical architectural style 3 years ago. And now the company is opening its second project in New Heliopolis City “New Heliopolis Massa) with its modern architectural style to achieve our motto “We have your dream”.
